What you do

  • You are responsible for the commercial and technical marketing assets, both via traditional channels (catalogue, website, flyers, etc.), and via our social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). 
  • You direct ad hoc sales support activities and are responsible for the creation of brand awareness and strategy. 
  • You support the Business Unit in product promotions (via trade fairs, actions, ...), and market, competition and product analyses. 
  • You manage the content calendar and work closely with Central & Digital Marketing and Research & Development.

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing and preferably 3 years of relevant experience in an international manufacturing environment. 
  • You have an affinity with SEO, Google Analytics, keyword research, ...
  • You are fascinated by the use of digital applications (marketing automation, analytics, CRM, PIM, ...).
  • You have a passion for Marketing and Social Media. "Branding" and everything around it is totally your thing!
  • Your enthusiasm is contagious, you are dynamic and you can work autonomously as well as in a team.
  • You are communicative, creative, open-minded and passionate about content and storytelling. 
  • You work in a planned way with respect for deadlines. 
  • You are customer-oriented and willing to travel occasionally for short periods of time. 
  • You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch, English and French. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

You are applying? Well, that’s great! First, your application is confirmed and then we start working on your CV.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.
