What you do

  • Responsible for the production planning of various Sioen plants.
  • Collaborate with local planners to manage and monitor material availability (ReadyForProduction).
  • Set delivery dates for work orders and coordinate the procurement of raw materials from the central warehouse in Belgium.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to track order status and communicate with internal Sales.
  • Report to the Supply & Inventory Manager.

Who you are

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or an equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial production environment.
  • You are strong in administration, possess analytical thinking skills, and have a result-oriented and solution-driven approach.
  • You are proactive, hands-on, communicative, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English.

You are applying? Well, that’s great! First, your application is confirmed and then we start working on your CV.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.
