What you do

Planning & organisatie

  • Je bereidt de productieplanning voor, volgt deze op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je communiceert wijzigingen tijdig naar teamleaders en logistiek
  • Je signaleert bottlenecks en werkt mee aan passende oplossingen

 

Nacalculatie & rendementsopvolging

  • Je verzamelt productiegegevens op de werkvloer
  • Je voert nacalculaties uit rond verbruik, stilstanden en rendementen
  • Je stelt rapporten op voor de Plant Manager en directie
  • Je analyseert afwijkingen en signaleert verbeterpunten

 

Operationele ondersteuning

  • Je neemt administratieve taken op rond productie, planning en rapportering
  • Je fungeert als sparringpartner van de Plant Manager bij operationele beslissingen

Who you are

  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je bent sterk met cijfers en werkt vlot met Excel en ERP-systemen (kennis van SAP is een pluspunt)
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met teamleaders en collega’s
  • Je bewaart het overzicht, ook in een dynamische en veranderende omgeving
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft aandachtspunten en verbetermogelijkheden aan te kaarten
  • Ervaring binnen productie of planning is een meerwaarde, maar geen vereiste
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een extra troef

You are applying? Well, that’s great! First, your application is confirmed and then we start working on your CV.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.

Congratulations! Now, you are one of our Sioen talents! On your first day, we will welcome you and get you ready for your first working day. Your colleagues will mentor you for the first six months.
