What you do

  • Conducting quality checks on garments.
  • Recording and reporting deviations or quality issues.
  • Inspecting and counting goods to ensure the correct quantities.

Who you are

  • You have knowledge of garment manufacturing.
  • You work meticulously, are motivated, and have an eye for detail.
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You take responsibility and maintain strict oversight of safety and quality.
  • You are not colorblind.
  • You have a good command of French.
  • You work during regular daytime hours.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. If the interview is positive, you will be given a tour of the production area!
