What you do

As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing quality assurance processes, developing and implementing quality management systems, and fostering a culture of excellence. Your expertise will ensure our products meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements, contributing to the success and reputation of our organization. If you are a results-driven professional with strong analytical skills and a commitment to operational excellence, we invite you to apply and assist our team in delivering quality that sets us apart. In this role, you are responsible for the sites in Ardooie and in Haaltert.

Your main responsibilities will be in the domains of :

  • Quality assurance & control
  • Process overview
  • Team leadership
  • Customer focus
  • Documentation & reporting

Who you are

 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field or equivalent through experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in quality management.
  • You have strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, including weaving, finishing, and testing.
  • You work proficiently in quality tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • You have hands-on experience with quality control equipment and lab testing procedures.
  • You have strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • You are familiar with international standards such as ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000.

You are applying? Well, that’s great! First, your application is confirmed and then we start working on your CV.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.

Congratulations! Now, you are one of our Sioen talents! On your first day, we will welcome you and get you ready for your first working day. Your colleagues will mentor you for the first six months.
