What you do
- You will build commercial relationships with customers and prospects and work as a team with the Sales Managers.
- You process quotation requests and technical questions from customers.
- You follow up customer-specific files and orders.
- You create orders in the SAP system and manage the order book of your assigned customers.
- You follow up the delivery process.
- You keep the price lists up to date.
- You handle communication to customers in consultation with the Sales Director.
- You work closely with internal departments such as Logistics, R&D, Marketing and Operations.
Who you are
- You obtained a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- You are administratively very accurate, well-organised, assertive and stress-resistant.
- You have a customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office and you have a first experience with an ERP package (preferably SAP).
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
