Do you enjoy combining customer service with sales support and logistics? As a Back Office Rensposible, you manage your own customer portfolio from A to Z, coordinate orders and deliveries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

What you do

As a Back Office Responsible, you will be fully responsible for managing your own customer portfolio from A to Z. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, providing product and delivery information, as well as offering support and advice.

  • You will process incoming customer inquiries and orders and coordinate deliveries with both customers and the transport department.
  • You will get to know your customers well, allowing you to anticipate their needs and proactively support them in managing their order book.
  • You will work closely with the Sales Managers and maintain regular communication with our warehouse, supply chain, and production planning teams to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • You will coordinate stock lot sales and ensure accurate administration and follow-up.
  • You will support transport activities by arranging transport orders, monitoring performance, and preparing transport analyses and reports.
  • You will calculate and maintain customer rebates and sales commissions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • You will act as a backup for customs-related documentation and export requirements.
  • You will work closely with your teammates as a well-oiled machine. While you are primarily responsible for your own customer portfolio, you will also act as a backup for your colleagues when needed.

Who you are

  • You have a higher education degree in a relevant field and preferably some practical experience in customer service.
  • You are proficient in English, French and/or German, given our international presence. Additional languages are a plus.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy finding the right solutions for customers.
  • You have knowledge of transport coordination, customs procedures, and commercial administration (rebates and commissions), which is considered an asset.
  • You thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, remaining flexible and composed under pressure.
  • You enjoy working in a proactive, dynamic, and positive team and contribute to a pleasant and collaborative atmosphere.
  • You have a structured approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while taking initiative.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
