What you do
- Coordination of necessary sales tools for our sales and dealers. You encourage our dealers and other sales partners to promote and sell our products, as well as support them in providing the SYNQ brand experience. You are responsible for SiS requests, placing orders, following up, and managing stocks.
- Support in coordinating various trade shows, including booth discussions, providing clothing, sales tools, MM orders, coordinating with Central Marketing and Sales, ...
- Support in shoot planning, partner briefing, location hunting, model coordination, sample requests, accessories, ...
- Lead in coordinating and delivering necessary publication materials to magazines, as well as tracking the publication.
- Purchase of promotional materials, placing reorders, and stock management.
- Administrative support to colleagues in social media, mailings, SEA, CRM input POS, MM purchases, ...
Who you are
- You have a Bachelor's degree (Marketing / Communication) and preferably 2 years of work experience (Marketing / event organization / ...).
- You are hands-on, communicative, an organizational talent with an eye for detail.
- You work customer-oriented, proactively with respect for deadlines, and take initiative when necessary.
- You have a fluent command of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
- Replacement contract (starting as soon as possible until the end of December 2024).
