What you do

  • You are responsible for the preventive mechanical maintenance of the production facilities and its follow-up.
  • You intervene in case of mechanical breakdowns.
  • You reduce the risk of failures and breakdowns through weekly inspection rounds.
  • You act according to the instructions of your supervisor and the technical data of the machines.
  • You participate in the assembly of new installations.
  • You propose improvements to the Technical Manager.

Who you are

  • You are technically inclined and preferably have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a production environment.
  • You are punctual, motivated, analytically minded, and can work both independently and in a team.
  • You have an eye for quality and safety.
  • You work during the day (in case of urgent repairs, you are willing to take turns with your colleagues).

Introduction

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. If the interview is positive, you will be given a tour of the production area!
