What you do

Bij SIP ontwikkelen we al meer dan 35 jaar hoogwaardige beschermkleding voor professionals die dagelijks in de meest uitdagende omstandigheden werken. Onze producten worden wereldwijd gedragen door bosbouwprofessionals en combineren veiligheid, comfort, innovatie en duurzaamheid.

  • Je ontwikkelt nieuwe producten en werkt bestaande collecties verder uit.
  • Je vertaalt markt- en klantbehoeften naar innovatieve en kwalitatieve oplossingen.
  • Je selecteert geschikte materialen en accessoires en volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen textiel en beschermkleding op.
  • Je werkt technische dossiers uit en begeleidt prototypes en fittings.
  • Je stemt af met aankoop, productie, kwaliteit en leveranciers om producten succesvol op de markt te brengen.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, functionaliteit, pasvorm en afwerking gedurende het volledige ontwikkelingsproces.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere innovatie van onze collecties.

Who you are

  • Je hebt een opleiding gevolgd in mode, textiel of productontwikkeling, of hebt gelijkwaardige kennis opgebouwd door ervaring.
  • Je bent geboeid door technische producten, materialen en innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en streeft naar een hoog kwaliteitsniveau.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen materialen en productietechnieken op.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en weet verschillende projecten tegelijk op te volgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's, leveranciers en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels. Andere talen zijn een pluspunt!
  • Ervaring als Product Developer is mooi meegenomen, maar ook enthousiaste junior profielen krijgen alle kansen om zich te ontwikkelen.

You are applying? Well, that’s great! First, your application is confirmed and then we start working on your CV.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.

Congratulations! Now, you are one of our Sioen talents! On your first day, we will welcome you and get you ready for your first working day. Your colleagues will mentor you for the first six months.
