Voor de rol van Planner zoeken we iemand die het overzicht bewaart en vlot schakelt tussen klant, productie en interne afdelingen. Je vertaalt klantenorders naar een efficiënte productieplanning en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit en levertermijnen steeds worden gehaald. Met jouw analytisch inzicht, communicatieve skills en hands-on aanpak ben jij een onmisbare schakel in ons operationeel proces.

What you do

  • Je plant de productie voor een eigen pakket producten op basis van de binnenkomende klantenbestellingen.
  • Je werkt samen met interne sales om de levertermijnen naar de klant te bevestigen en waar te maken.
  • Je plant tijdig de tussenproducten en de producten met veiligheidsvoorraad in.
  • Je stelt samen met productie de personeelsbezetting op.
  • Je werkt samen met productie en quality control om steeds de beste kwaliteit te garanderen naar de klant.
  • Je werkt samen met aankoop om de juiste hoeveelheden grondstoffen te voorzien.
  • Je werkt op regelmatige basis mee aan de stocktellingen.

Who you are

  • Je genoot een hogere opleiding (niveau bachelor) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een planningsomgeving.
  • Je getuigt van een sterk analytisch en organisatorisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en bent pragmatisch ingesteld.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en nauwgezet, ook onder druk.
  • Je hebt interesse in IT en hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office. Kennis van SAP is een plus.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en je kunt je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.

You are applying? Well, that’s great! First, your application is confirmed and then we start working on your CV.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.

Congratulations! Now, you are one of our Sioen talents! On your first day, we will welcome you and get you ready for your first working day. Your colleagues will mentor you for the first six months.
