What you do

  • Production planning of Sioen plants in cooperation with local planners
  • Define and follow-up of material availability (ReadyForProduction) on production order basis.
  • Set confirmed delivery dates for work orders
  • Procure raw materials to Sioen plants from central warehouse in Belgium and work closely with purchase team
  • Follow-up of order status with communication to internal sales
  • Reporting to the Supply & Inventory Manager within the Operations team

Who you are

  • You combine at least a bachelor degree with an initial experience in supply chain (preferably in an industrial/complex production environment).
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP system is an asset.
  • You are very strong administratively/analytically and result-oriented
  • You are a data cruncher with an eye for detail on one hand, and able to see the bigger picture on the other hand.
  • You present yourself as an assertive and proactive person.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills.
  • You are hands-on and solution-driven.
  • You have knowledge of MS Office applications
  • You are fluent in Dutch/English

You are applying? Well, that’s great! First, your application is confirmed and then we start working on your CV.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.
