What you do

  • You are the central contact of the Business Development Manager and directly support the development and follow-up of projects and tenders concerning high-quality personal protective clothing (police, military, etc.).
  • You filter the information from projects from A to Z and communicate it to the right departments and follow up the tasks. You take deadlines into account and maintain a good overview.

Who you are

  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of textiles is a plus.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy establishing contacts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are good at assessing priorities while respecting deadlines and you know how to keep an overview.
  • You are eager to learn, an organisational talent with an eye for detail.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office. 
  • You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch, English and French. Knowledge of German is a plus.

You are applying? Well, that’s great! First, your application is confirmed and then we start working on your CV.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.
