What you do

  • You will work in Bornem, where we produce colouring solutions.   
  • You carry out quality checks on the products produced according to predetermined test procedures.  
  • You determine which corrections the production must make in order to finish the products in accordance with the predetermined specifications.  
  • You run the data of your quality control in SAP, report production orders and print product labels.  
  • You manage the norms and standards, sort and stomp the production samples and keep this ranking up-to-date.  
  • You collect customer samples and perform rechecks in case of complaints.  
  • You work in 2 shifts.  

Who you are

  • You have a passion for Chemistry. Knowledge of pigments, UV-curing, and solvent-based systems is a plus.
  • You preferably  have experience with quality systems and are willing to retrain where necessary.  
  • Your approach is quality-conscious, result-oriented, hands-on and decisive.  
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office and have a first experience with an ERP package, preferably SAP.  
  • You are administratively strong, work accurately and you have a strong analytical insight.  
  • You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch and English.

You are applying? Well, that’s great! First, your application is confirmed and then we start working on your CV.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.
