What you do

As a Digital Copywriter, you are the 'pen of our company' and play a crucial role in creating engaging, technical, and multilingual content for various channels. You write content for both online and offline media, ensuring it always aligns with our different B2B audiences. Additionally, you manage web texts in our CMS system and work closely with the Central Marketing Team to support innovative and solution-oriented projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit high-quality multilingual content for articles, blogs, and social media.
  • Update and post web texts for selected brands in our CMS system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with our brand identity(ies) and values.
  • Support administrative tasks for a smooth project launch.
  • Stay informed about trends and best practices in marketing and copywriting.
  • Generate creative ideas and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field. Experience in copywriting, preferably in a B2B environment, is a plus.
  • You possess strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • You are familiar with CMS systems or willing to learn.
  • You have knowledge of social media platforms.
  • You bring creative and innovative ideas to life with precision.
  • You can work independently as well as in a team.
  • You have fluent knowledge of Dutch, English, and French. Knowledge of other languages is an additional asset.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.
