What you do

Als kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke voor beschermkledij ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en opvolging van alle kwaliteitscontroles op diverse types beschermkledij en beschermingsmiddelen. Je leidt een team van medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat de processen efficiënt en correct verlopen. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en people skills til je zowel de kwaliteit als het team naar een hoger niveau.

  • Je organiseert, coördineert en volgt kwaliteitscontroles op van beschermkledij en kleine benodigdheden.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van herstellingen en aanpassingen aan de kledij.
  • Je stuurt een team van kwaliteitsmedewerkers aan, coacht hen en biedt de nodige ondersteuning.
  • Je rapporteert resultaten en verbeteracties aan het management en de productieafdelingen.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s en medewerkers in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt klantenkeuringen.
  • Je reist regelmatig naar onze internationale locaties om de kwaliteit ter plaatse te waarborgen en specifieke projecten op te volgen.

Who you are

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole en beschikt over kennis van confectie.
  • Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten en kan een team inspireren en motiveren.
  • Je bent bereid om te reizen naar de buitenlandse productielocaties
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht.

You are applying? Well, that’s great! First, your application is confirmed and then we start working on your CV.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.

Congratulations! Now, you are one of our Sioen talents! On your first day, we will welcome you and get you ready for your first working day. Your colleagues will mentor you for the first six months.
