What you do

  • Define and implement production objectives and strategies for our Apparel plant in Tunisia.
  • Organize and manage production processes, including planning, production, quality, shipping and receiving, storage, maintenance, etc., to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Lead the team with an open, accessible, and motivating leadership style, focused on continuous improvement of product quality, delivery reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and work closely with our union representatives to promote a constructive, open, and positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement plans for production optimization.
  • Manage costs and operational results, which you report to the COO & CEO Sioen Apparel (Belgium). Translate these results through our standard KPIs to local management to ensure excellent information flow to all employees.
  • Lead strategic projects, including LEAN, ERP, IT, HR, Finance, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.

Who you are

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant leadership experience in an international production environment (preferably in garment manufacturing / Tunisia). Experience with project management and managing change processes is a plus.
  • You have knowledge of and experience with production planning systems and processes.
  • You can provide technical support when needed.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills. You have the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate your team, as well as constructively communicate with unions.
  • You are familiar with quality management standards and procedures.
  • You have experience with SAP.
  • You are fluent in Arabic and French. Knowledge of English is a plus.

Introduction

If the evaluation of your CV was positive, you will immediately receive an invitation for a first meeting with the HR Officer, Talent Manager or Chief HR.

First interview

In the first interview, our HR staff and/or a direct line manager determine how well you fit in at Sioen. For some positions, we do some additional tests.

Second interview

For certain positions a second interview is necessary. This interview is one with your immediate superiors, colleagues and/or CEO.

Contract proposal

Time to dot the i's and cross the t's! Our Chief HR makes you a contract proposal and together you discuss the conditions it contains.
