  • Coach shiftleaders in ownership, structure and problem solving
  • Support operator development and training
  • Create clarity in roles, expectations and accountability
  • Build a performance culture based on facts and follow-up

Process & structure improvement

  • Improve production planning flow in collaboration with supply chain team
  • Strengthen coordination between production, maintenance and quality
  • Standardise working methods and reduce variability
  • Implement lean tools and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Turn operational data into structured improvement actions

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with Quality on root cause analysis
  • Align with maintenance on preventive actions
  • Contribute to improving inbound/outbound production processes

This role offers broad exposure to operational management and plant-level performance topics. You will gradually take ownership of larger performance domains and strategic improvement initiatives.

Who you are

  • You are a structured operations professional with strong coaching skills and clear growth potential.

  • You demonstrate a strong analytical mindset with a natural affinity for KPIs and cost structures.
  • You work in a hands-on, structured and decisive manner.
  • You communicate fluently in French, have a strong professional command of English, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • You combine operational realism with the ability to elevate both people and processes.
  • You focus on improving systems rather than merely solving symptoms.
